Permissions for Asprova My Schedule / WS users

On server level

Server level permissions are applied to the whole server.

Server Admin

A server admin can manage all aspects of My Schedule / WS server, and has access to every project on the server even when he is not assigned to a project explicitly.

A server can have multiple server admins at the same time.

Default Server Admin

If you start a server for the first time, the server will initialize the database and create one special user called "Default Server Admin". This user always has "Server Admin" permission, and it cannot be removed or demoted, though its username can be changed. This user has the fixed user id of "81551866a0e7477782c2037883784c59".

If you use the Control Panel's "Change admin password" function, the default server admin's password will be changed.

If the server's database is initialized with Asprova My Schedule server ver.1.7.2 or later, the default server admin user has the id of "81551866a0e7477782c2037883784c59". In prior versions, the user's id was not fixed, meaning that its id is different from server to server.

From Asprova My Schedule / WS server ver.1.10.0, if the database lacks a user of id "81551866a0e7477782c2037883784c59", the default server admin will be created with the name of "admin (default)".

On project level

Project level permissions are specific to a project.

Project Admin

A project admin can manage all aspects of the project.

Result Input

This permission is for "My Schedule" projects.

Users with "Result Input" permission can view schedules and enter results.

Planner

This permission is for "Auto MPS" projects.

A planner can make plans and view all the past executions.

Read Only

Users with "Read Only" permission can only view schedules and results entered by other users on My Schedule.
