In Asprova My Schedule v.1.6, new features were added to the Resource Gantt Chart, and several important bug fixes have been implemented.

Resource Gantt Chart​

Process Map​

Process Map Process Map is a feature that visualizes the connections between processes. You can access it from the "Process Map Display" at the bottom. By clicking on a task bar in the Resource Gantt Chart and selecting a task, you can display the series of processes in which that task exists as a graphical map.

Process Map Overview The Gantt Chart section of the Resource Gantt Chart, the timeline display on the right, and the preceding and following process map display are linked. By selecting a task in the preceding and following process map, you can navigate to the corresponding task in the Gantt Chart. In the image, the yellow frame representing the selected task is visible in the Gantt Chart, timeline display, and preceding and following process map, confirming that the same task is highlighted across all displays.

In the Process Map, task details are not displayed; only the "Process Name" and "Process Number" are shown. The purpose of this map is to provide an overview of the connections between tasks, and detailed information is intended to be checked via tooltips or the timeline display.

Bug Fixes​

We have addressed the following issues:

  • Fixed an issue where if My Schedule had performance data that had not yet been downloaded by Asprova, uploading from Asprova would cause the result data to be lost.
  • Fixed an issue where changes to task statuses in the Resource Gantt Chart’s performance editing feature were not correctly reflected in Asprova.
  • Fixed an issue where My Schedule displayed incorrectly if the uploaded aru file had "day demarcation time" property.
  • Fixed an issue where some tasks (such as manufacturing-only tasks and stock tasks) were not uploaded in the Resource Gantt Chart.
  • Fixed an issue where, when starting My Schedule as a Windows service, the server did not reflect certain settings, such as HTTPS enablement.
  • Fixed an issue where the project timezone settings now support time zones with daylight saving time.

Features Requiring Asprova ver.17.8​

The following new features and bug fixes require updating Asprova to Ver. 17.8 (scheduled for release in October 2024):

  • (New Feature) Added the ability to reflect the "Order Left Text Expression" in the Order Gantt Chart.
  • (Bug Fix) Fixed an issue where a new window was opened during uploads from the plugin.
  • (Bug Fix) Fixed an issue where sticky notes in the Resource Gantt Chart did not display with the same height as when viewed in Asprova.
  • (Bug Fix) Fixed an issue where the display/hide settings of sticky notes in the Resource Gantt Chart were not reflecting Asprova’s style settings.
  • (Bug Fix) Fixed an issue where some order bar colors in the Order Gantt Chart did not reflect Asprova’s style settings.
