View All TagsPlugin Build Tool Update: The plugin build tool has been updated.
Detailed Error Messages: Detailed error messages are now displayed when a plugin-side upload fails.
System Time Mismatch Error: An appropriate error message is now displayed if an upload fails due to a system time mismatch between the plugin (Asprova) and the backend.
Automatic Update Checks: The plugin can now automatically check for new versions. When updating My Schedule, you no longer need to manually copy and paste plugin files. You can use this feature to download the plugin of latest version directly. (Note: This is a download from My Schedule backend, so no Internet connection is required).
Automatic Login and Data Retrieval: The plugin now automatically logs in and retrieves the latest project information when the settings dialog is opened.
License Tab Restored: The License tab removed in version 25.2.2, which still includes necessary function of installing drivers, has been restored.
Display Fix for Zero Manufacturing Quantity: Fixed a display issue in the results editing dialog when the production quantity was zero.
Multithreading Upload Bug Fix: Fixed a bug leading to failed uploads due to multithreading-related issues.
Improved Upload Performance: Upload performance has been improved by detecting the number of CPU cores in the operating environment and automatically setting the maximum number of threads.
Style-included URL: Fixed an issue that occurred when accessing the operation table and order table via a URL that included style names.
Asprova My Schedule Ver.25.2 introduces new functionalities such as Overwrite Calendars on Resource Gantt Chart and a new Resource Gantt chart that displays shifts.
Starting with this release, My Schedule releases are versioned like ver.YEAR.NUM_RELEASES. This release is the second release of the year 2025, so it is versioned as ver.25.2.
If you want to use My Schedule Plugin packaged in My Schedule ver.25.2 or later with Asprova prior to ver.17.10,
you also need to update the plugin manager dll (AsPlugInManager.dll).

The current time is displayed on Gantt Charts with an orange line.
Overwrite calendars are now displayed on Resource Gantt Chart.
Label sizes are now dynamically changed depending on the texts inside. You can minimize labels by clicking on them.
On My Schedule ver.25.2, connection lines on Resource Gantt chart are drawn in the same way as on Asprova. Prior to this version, many more connection lines were displayed on Resource Gantt chart, especially in cases where inter-order pegging was involved.
This change also applies to the process map display.
A new variant of Resource Gantt Chart is added where operation bars are split by shifts configured in the Aru file.
Each shift block has two numbers: production quantity in the shift, and cumulative production quantity to the shift.

Editing results is now possible on Dispatching View and Operation Table.
Click the buttons on the right-most column to display the edit-results dialog.
Whether to display the buttons is controlled by the project admins.
The menu can be accessed from the top-left hamburger button.
Dates on My Schedule (especially result obtain time, result start time, result end time) are now formatted by Asprova's date format setting.
The Restricted Users feature has been added as the first feature to manage the scope of access for each user in My Schedule.
For users set as restricted users, you can select the resources they can access and set the permissions for those resources.
Restricted users can only use Dispatching View for now.
It is now possible to upload from Asprova with comments.
Comments are displayed to My Schedule users in the header.
Asprova My Schedule v.1.8.1 introduces some new features such as support for Holiday Table and "Prevent Mistakes" function.

New display settings "Hide holidays" and "Hide weekends" are added. If you enable "Hide holidays", the holidays defined in the "Holidays" Table on the source Aru file will be hidden. If you enable "Hide weekends", weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be hidden.
On Resource Gantt Chart prior to ver.1.8.1, automatic update feature is only enabled for "result" data updates. From this version, Resource Gantt Chart with automatic update feature on also updates itself when new data is uploaded from Asprova.
Introduced "Prevent Mistakes" feature on Resource Gantt Chart. If enabled, inputting results gets disabled when the preceding operations statuses do not meet the requirements by the time constraint method. Only project admins can control "Prevent Mistakes" feature toggle.
When "Prevent Mistakes" feature is enabled, inputting results is possible on the following conditions:
* The Time Constraint Method with the preceding process is SS.
* The Time Constraint Method with the preceding process is SSEE, AND every operation of the preceding process is "Started".
* The Time Constraint Method with the preceding process is ES, AND every operation of the preceding process is "Completed".
* The Time Constraint Method with the preceding process is either of ESE, EES, SSEEE, or ESSEE, AND some operations of the preceding process are "Started".
Online Licensing is now available on My Schedule. User interface to use an e-Protector is also moved from the Control Panel to the Frontend. For specific procedures, please refer to the Installation Manual.
Asprova My Schedule v.1.8 introduces "Search" feature on Resource Gantt Chart, results display on Order Gantt Chart, support for "Demarcation Times" on Gantt charts, and other minor improvements.

You can search for operations on Resource Gantt Chart by inputting search query in the search box on the header. The operations whose data-tips include the query are highlighted.
You can also search for resources by selecting "Resource" on the search box.
Auxiliary lines are now drawn on Resource Gantt Chart and Order Gantt Chart, referencing "Day Demarcation Time" and "Other Demarcation Times" set in the source Aru file.
Filter feature of a new style is implemented on Resource Gantt Chart and Order Gantt Chart.
The new filter feature can be accessed from either the 
icon or selecting "Filter" on the menu.
You can control which rows should be displayed by de-selecting values, just like Microsoft Excel's corresponding feature.
Results are now also rendered on Order Gantt Chart.
On Asprova, an order's status is set to "Completed" when every operation of the order is "Completed". Likewise, the status is set to "Started" when some operations of the order are "Started". On My Schedule, this behaviour is not supported.
As a consequence, neither stripes on order bars itself nor gray lines right below order bars will be rendered on My Schedule.
There are now two methods of specifying "Display Period" on the Plugin, "Dynamic" and "Static". By selecting "Dynamic", display period is dynamically set when uploading. The Plugin prior to ver.1.8 evaluated the setting only when the dialog was closed, so even if the "basis" time was changed, the "Display Period" setting remained unchanged, requiring manual changes. Ver.1.8 removes this manual procedure.
We changed the method of selecting a resource to display on Dispatching View. On ver.1.8, the resource previously viewed, if any, is automatically opened. To switch resources, you can open the resource selection dialog by clicking the top right (resource name), and on the dialog you can select the resource to move to using searches.
Order Table is added as a new view.
On Asprova, an order's status is set to "Completed" when every operation of the order is "Completed". Likewise, the status is set to "Started" when some operations of the order are "Started". On My Schedule, this behaviour is not supported.
As a consequence, neither stripes on order bars itself nor gray lines right below order bars will be rendered on My Schedule.
By enabling "Order Table", all orders in the Aru file are uploaded regardless of the "Display Period" setting of the Plugin. This means uploading from an Aru file which has many orders can take some time, and also possibly degrades the performance of My Schedule.
Asprova My Schedule v.1.7 includes an improvement on result inputting and important fixes.
On Resource Gantt Chart's "Edit Result" dialog, added support for "Result Obtain Time" and "Result Progress" properties. This two properties can be set when the operation's status is either "started" or "completed". By setting the status neither of those, properties specific to results, including the those two properties, will be set empty.
As it is on Asprova, when both "Result Quantity" and "Result Progress" are set, the property whose value can be considered having more progress will be treated valid.
On Resource Gantt Chart, the colors palette of connection lines have been reconsidered. The pegging type "Between orders" (pink) and "Time Constraint" (light blue) now have the same colors as on Asprova. The rendering of connection lines linking sub resources (used to be light green) has also been reconsidered, it is now rendered as dotted lines.
Resource Lock Task are now rendered on My Schedule.
We added a functionality by which users can download the content on the Operation Table in csv format. By opening the menu with the hamburger button on top right and clicking on "Export as csv" button, users can download all the operations belonging to the selected style in csv format (Excel compatible).
We also removed the style selection screen of Operation Table. Styles can now be selected by the combobox on the top.
On Dispatching View's resource selection screen, resources that are not relevant in any uploaded style now are not shown.
Plus, Dispatching View now automatically updates the operations shown when a result is input on other devices or when the project data gets re-uploaded from the Plugin.
In Asprova My Schedule v.1.6, new features were added to the Resource Gantt Chart, and several important bug fixes have been implemented.

Process Map is a feature that visualizes the connections between processes.
You can access it from the "Process Map Display" at the bottom.
By clicking on a task bar in the Resource Gantt Chart and selecting a task, you can display the series of processes in which that task exists as a graphical map.
The Gantt Chart section of the Resource Gantt Chart, the timeline display on the right, and the preceding and following process map display are linked. By selecting a task in the preceding and following process map, you can navigate to the corresponding task in the Gantt Chart.
In the image, the yellow frame representing the selected task is visible in the Gantt Chart, timeline display, and preceding and following process map, confirming that the same task is highlighted across all displays.
In the Process Map, task details are not displayed; only the "Process Name" and "Process Number" are shown. The purpose of this map is to provide an overview of the connections between tasks, and detailed information is intended to be checked via tooltips or the timeline display.
