English and Chinese are now officially supported starting from Asprova My Schedule v.1.5.

Resource Gantt Chart​

Labels​

Resource Gantt Chart now supports displaying labels defined in the corresponding style in Asprova.

Connection lines​

Connection lines on Resource Gantt Chart now has a new look. Connection lines are drawn by stacking them vertically, and their endpoints now have triangular markers, which will give users more intuition about the lines' relation with other entities.

Automatic updates​

Automatic updates are now enabled by default on Resource Gantt Chart. This feature will keep the view updated with new date retrieved every ten seconds. It can be disabled by the control in the header.

Display of data upload date​

The app header now displays the date of the data upload.

User menu changes​

Display language can now be switched in the user menu.

In addition, the user menu now includes the display of current and max CCUs. The number of max CCUs on projects of standard and viewer plans (paid plans) is dependent of your contract, though it is 1 on free plan project regardless of your contract.
The numbers shown in the user menu are those of paid plans.

Control Panel​

Log display on the Control Panel now has a better color scheme, and the logs in it now have timestamp.

Other​

We have changed the format by which the Plugin saves My Schedule settings in .aru files. This may require reconfiguration of the Plugin by users after updating the Plugin to ver. 1.5.

Plus, as we have made a huge change of the format of the data uploaded by the Plugin, data uploaded with ver. 1.5 Plugin cannot be viewed by the Frontend prior to ver. 1.5. Conversely, data uploaded with the Plugin prior to ver. 1.5 cannot be viewed with the Frontend ver. 1.5.

In ver. 1.4, My Schedule Server now supports Windows services. Additionally, improvements were made to the Gantt Chart display, and display settings are now cached.

Windows Service Support​

It is now possible to configure the My Schedule server to start as a Windows service from the control panel. By starting as a Windows service, the server can be set to start automatically when Windows starts.

Display Settings Cache​

In My Schedule screens, such as the Assignment View and Resource Gantt Chart, display settings are now saved per browser. Even when you reopen the page, the previous display settings will be applied.

These settings are saved per browser for each user/project combination. If the same user views a different project or views the same project in a different browser, the settings will not carry over.

Improvements to the Gantt Chart​

You can now adjust the width of the leftmost column (Resource/Order) in the Gantt Chart. Additionally, on the Order Gantt Chart, we have improved it to display the delivery date triangle similar to Asprova. Furthermore, the order bar colors now reflect Asprova's style settings.

Ver. 1.3 is the official release version of Asprova My Schedule. We would like to take this opportunity to extend our sincere gratitude to all the users who have cooperated with us in the PoC, as well as to everyone who provided feedback and assistance during the development.

Improvements to the Resource Gantt Chart​

Editing Results​

We have made improvements to the Resource Gantt Chart's results editing window, which was added in v.1.2. Information about the currently edited task is now displayed at the top, and the status selection buttons are grouped on the left side.

Date Display Mode for Dispatching View​

We have introduced a date display mode in the Dispatching View. In date display mode, tasks are consolidated and displayed on a single page for each date.

Horizontal Scrolling in the Operation Table​

We have modified the Task Table to allow horizontal scrolling. When "Compact Version" is enabled, it can be displayed in the same way as before.

Saving of Display Settings​

Display settings can now be saved on the Resource Gantt Chart, Dispatching View, and Operation Table screens.

Plugin Improvements​

We have added a warning when setting up the integration with My Schedule if no UI has been selected in the project settings on the My Schedule side.

Control Panel Improvements​

We have made it so that the license agreement is displayed when the control panel is launched for the first time. Additionally, it is now possible to apply magic numbers to the eProtector.

In ver. 1.2, we reviewed the plans. Additionally, new features were added to the Resource Gantt Chart, and a new design for the control panel was introduced.

Plan Review​

Introduction of the Viewer Plan​

In addition to the previous "Free Plan" and "Standard Plan," we have added the "Viewer Plan."

The Viewer Plan is a plan that limits functionality to viewing only, while allowing you to view schedule data without any restrictions on the display period. Like the Standard Plan, the number of simultaneous connections can be increased by purchasing additional connections.

Changes to the Free Plan​

In the Free Plan, which is available for free, actual performance input was not available before, but starting from v.1.2, it will be possible to input performance data. Additionally, the Manufacturing BOM Table will also be available in the Free Plan starting from v.1.2.

Improvements to the Resource Gantt Chart​

We have made several improvements to the Resource Gantt Chart.

Display of Stacked Resources​

It is now possible to display stacked resources on the Resource Gantt Chart. In line with the support for stacked resources, we have also changed the style of the rectangles displaying tasks.

Editing results​

The ability to edit results, which was temporarily unavailable in v.1.1, is now restored. Additionally, it is now possible to edit the quantity of actual performance.

New Control Panel Design​

We have introduced a new design for the control panel. In the new design, it is now clearly visible at the top whether the server is running. Additionally, buttons such as "Start" have been consolidated, and the log display area has been enlarged.

Problem Reporting and Update Check​

We have added "Problem Reporting" and "Check for Updates" buttons at the bottom as experimental features. These are experimental functions and may contain issues. We look forward to your feedback.

When you press the "Problem Reporting" button, you can report issues to Asprova via email (a mailer must be installed). When you press the "Check for Updates" button, you can automatically update the installed Asprova My Schedule (Asprova ID login is required).

In ver. 1.1, we have redesigned the Resource Gantt Chart and the Project Management page.

Resource Gantt Chart Design Renewal​

We have redesigned the Resource Gantt Chart UI to improve clarity. The navigation buttons on the Resource Gantt Chart have been reorganized (within the red frame). Some of the features that were available in the old Gantt Chart will be implemented in v.1.2.

Project Management Page Design Renewal​

Icons have been introduced for the UI selection page and the UI settings section in the detailed project settings.

Asprova My Schedule is a product that enables viewing production schedules scheduled by Asprova and entering actual performance data related to the schedule via a web browser.

Components of My Schedule​

My Schedule consists of a plugin that uploads data from Asprova, a server (Asprova WS) that stores the data, a control panel to manage the server, and the My Schedule front-end displayed in a browser. For more details, please refer to the manual download page.

Free Plan / Standard Plan​

My Schedule offers two plans: a Free Plan, which is available for use at no cost, and a Standard Plan. In the Standard Plan projects, in addition to all the features available in the Free Plan, it is possible to enter actual performance data on My Schedule and import this data into Asprova.

The following additional features are available in Standard Plan projects:

• The period for uploading data from Asprova becomes unlimited (in the Free Plan, it is limited to two weeks).
• Actual performance data can be entered on My Schedule and imported into Asprova.
• The number of simultaneous connections, which is fixed at 1 in the Free Plan, increases to 5. Additional simultaneous connections can also be purchased (for a fee).
• The Manufacturing BOM Table can be utilized.

Available UIs​

Six UIs are available: Resource Gantt Chart, Dispatching View, Operation Table, Order Gantt Chart, Order Lead Time, and Manufacturing BOM Table. The Manufacturing BOM Table is available only in Standard Plan projects.

Resource Gantt Chart​

In the Resource Gantt Chart, you can view the scheduled tasks for each resource. Similar to Asprova's Resource Gantt Chart, it displays connection lines between tasks in sequential processes and setup times. Based on user feedback regarding the overlapping text in Asprova's instruction bars making it difficult to read, we have added a panel on the right to display the currently selected tasks vertically.

You can enter the actual start and end times of tasks in the right panel. The entered data will be reflected in other UIs such as the Assignment View.

Similar to Asprova, tooltips can be displayed when hovering the mouse over an item.

Dispatching View​

In the Dispatching View, you can view the assignments for each resource. By uploading data via the plugin, the styles from Asprova can be applied. You can enter the actual start and end times of tasks. The entered data will be reflected in other UIs such as the Resource Gantt Chart.

Operation Table​

In the Operation Table, you can view a list of tasks. You can enter the actual start and end times of tasks. The entered data will be reflected in other UIs such as the Resource Gantt Chart.

Order Gantt Chart​

You can view the Order Gantt Chart. The style of Asprova's Order Gantt Chart can be applied. Similar to Asprova, orders that are delayed can be displayed in red.

Manufacturing BOM Table​

In the Manufacturing BOM Table, you can view the Manufacturing BOM. A Standard Plan is required to use the Manufacturing BOM Table.

For the Manufacturing BOM instructions, you can measure and update the manufacturing time.

Order Lead Time​

In the Order Lead Time UI, the lead time for each order can be displayed in an easy-to-read graphical format.

Project Management​

On the Asprova WS server, Free Plan projects can be created without any limit on the number of projects. The number of Standard Plan projects that can be created is determined by the license.

For each project that is created, you can finely configure which UIs to use and which users are able to view the project or input actual result data.
